NOVELTY - The device has a heat insulation housing (7) installed on an outer side of a quantitative filling box (4) through a heat insulation connecting seat (6). A discharging pipe (9) is connected with a bottom end of the quantitative filling box. An outer side of the discharging pipe is symmetrically provided with drawing rings. A heat-resistant metal pipe (10) is connected with an outer portion of the discharging pipe. A hand-operated device (12) is connected with a top end of the heat-resistant metal pipe through a steel wire rope (11). USE - Smelting device for cable processing based on graphene. ADVANTAGE - The graphene raw material filling amount is more accurate and ensures the graphene cable conductivity.
