NOVELTY - The device has a first wheel disk (1) whose surface center part is vertically fixed with a first rotating shaft (2) that is equipped with a bevel gear. The first wheel disk is provided with multiple first magnetic blocks. A second wheel disk (4) is located at an edge of the first wheel disk. A tail end of a second rotating shaft (5) is equipped with the bevel gear. The second wheel disk is provided with a second magnetic block. A circular-shaped magnetic separating sheet (7) is used for magnetically blocking the first magnetic block and the second magnetic blocks during process of approaching each other, where the magnetic isolating sheet is made of ultra-conductive material or double-layer graphene material, the first and second wheel disks are gear disk, the first and second magnetic blocks are made of permanent magnetic material. USE - Memory-type magnetic power device. ADVANTAGE - The magnetic separating sheet separates the magnetic separation between the magnetic blocks to prevent repulsive force to prevent rotation of the first wheel disk and the second wheel disk when the first and second magnetic blocks are far away from each other.
