▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based sensor to be used in an optical method for detecting short nucleic acid sequences comprises functionalizing graphene oxide (GO) with anionic surfactant e.g. sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) for maintaining GO dispersibility in the presence of proteins and salts and maintaining the protein solubility at a temperature of 42° C, respectively, and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), after which a diluted stock solution is prepared from 100 g/ml of GO comprising 0.1 mg/ml SDS and 0.1 mg/ml bovine serum albumin (BSA), for fluorescence monitoring, meant to be used for real-time detection of target nucleic acid in complex physiological media. USE - The method is useful for: preparing graphene-based sensor used in an optical method for detecting short nucleic acid sequences. ADVANTAGE - None given.
