NOVELTY - Lithium ion battery shell comprises modified polypropylene composite material comprising polypropylene, glass fiber, modified graphene, montmorillonite, nanometer silicon dioxide, hydrotalcite, ammonium polyphosphate, dipentaerythritol, bismuth oxide, bismuth oxide, antioxidant, and nucleating agent, where the preparation of modified graphene comprising adding graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, aluminum nitrate aqueous solution and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution into a microwave reactor, heating, reacting, filtering, washing, drying to obtain material A, mixing 4-allyloxy-1, 2, 2, 6, 6-methyl piperidine with chloroplatinic acid catalyst under protection of nitrogen, heating, activating, adding methyl dimethoxy silane, keeping the reflux reaction, distilling, rectifying to obtain the material B, adding material A in absolute ethyl alcohol to disperse uniformly, adding material B and hexadecyl trimethoxy silane, reacting, adding antioxidant 565, stirring, filtering and drying. USE - Used as lithium ion battery shell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Lithium ion battery shell comprises modified polypropylene composite material comprising 58-65 pts. wt. polypropylene, 12-25 pts. wt. glass fiber, 6-11 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 2-9 pts. wt. nanometer silicon dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. hydrotalcite, 10-16 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 1-4.5 pts. wt. dipentaerythritol, 2-6 pts. wt. bismuth oxide, 58-65 pts. wt. bismuth oxide, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, where the preparation of modified graphene comprising adding graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, aluminum nitrate aqueous solution and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution into a microwave reactor, heating to 80-170degrees Celsius, reacting for 5-8 minutes, filtering, washing, drying to obtain material A, mixing 4-allyloxy-1, 2, 2, 6, 6-methyl piperidine with chloroplatinic acid catalyst under the protection of nitrogen, heating to 60-65degrees Celsius, activating for 10-20 minutes, adding methyl dimethoxy silane, keeping the reflux reaction for 3-5 hours, distilling, rectifying to obtain the material B, adding the material A in absolute ethyl alcohol to disperse uniformly, adding material B and hexadecyl trimethoxy silane, raising the temperature to 55-60degrees Celsius, and reacting for 30-60 minutes, adding antioxidant 565, stirring for 30-20 minutes, filtering, and drying.
