NOVELTY - Graphene composite slurry comprises first type graphene oxide, second type graphene oxide, graphene and deionized water, where the solid content of the graphene composite slurry is 0.5-30%, the particle diameter of the first type of graphene oxide is larger than the particle diameter of the second type of graphene oxide, the first type of graphene oxide has a first type of functional group, and the second type of graphene oxide has a second type of functional group, and the first type of functional groups can self-assemble with the second type of functional groups to form graphene sheets with large and small intervals. USE - As graphene composite slurry. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite slurry provides graphite heat dissipation film structure and a preparation method, has relatively thick structure, low production cost, simple preparation method and high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the graphite heat dissipation film structure involving providing the graphene composite slurry, coating the graphene composite slurry on a first braid, covering second braid on the first braid coated with the graphene composite slurry, pressing and condensing the graphene composite slurry, and extruding the solvent, reducing the moisture content in the graphene composite slurry to 30-60%, heating and drying the concentrated graphene composite slurry until moisture content is less than 15%, and peeling off the first braid and the second braid to obtain a single sheet of graphene oxide film, stacking and pressing monolithic graphene oxide films together, so that monolithic graphene oxide films are integrated, and graphene oxide film structure is obtained, reducing the first type graphene oxide and the second type graphene oxide in the graphene oxide film structure to graphene to obtain a graphite heat dissipation film structure precursor, and graphitizing the precursor of the graphite heat dissipation film structure to obtain graphite heat dissipation film structure; and (2) a graphite heat dissipation film structure is prepared using above-mentioned method.
