▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An adhesive tape consists of an adhesive layer (B) provided in the surface side of a support material (A) having a layer (a2) containing graphene in the surface of a metallic substrate (a1). USE - Adhesive tape is used for thermal radiation film (claimed) for thermal radiation components e.g. charging battery and integrated chip used in manufacture of electronic device e.g. portable electronic terminal. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive tape has excellent sticking workability, rework property, electroconductivity, electromagnetic wave shielding characteristics, and heat dissipation property, and provides electronic device with desired internal volume, and suppresses the formation of heat spots effectively caused by sticking and malfunction of the electronic device by electromagnetic waves. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) thermal radiation film, which consists of the adhesive tape laminated on the surface of a graphite sheet; and (2) manufacture of adhesive tape, which involves coating a composition containing graphene and resin on the surface of substrate (a1), and transferring the formed layer (B) to the surface side of the material (A).
