NOVELTY - A composite polyamide-silicone-acrylic water-based coating comprises 10-15 pts. wt. aqueous polyamide resin emulsion, 20-30 pts. wt. silicone emulsion, 2-3 pts. wt. cellulose nanocrystals, 10-15 pts. wt. ionic liquid, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. dopamine hydrochloride, 1-2 pts. wt. dodecanol ester, 0.01-0.02 pt. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate, 40-50 pts. wt. deionized water and 2-amino-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol hydrochloride buffer solution. USE - Composite polyamide-silicon-acrylic water-based coating is used for electric power hardware. ADVANTAGE - The composite polyamide-silicon-acrylic water-based coating is environmentally-friendly and a long-acting protective coating, and does not use organic solvent, and has excellent film-forming effect, mechanical property, weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
