NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-impact injection molding grade bio-starch plastic, involves (i) adding starch to solvent to form a slurry, adding graphene oxide microchips and strong alkali to slurry, homogenizing at 70-100 degrees C to form gelatinized slurry, adding natural rubber latex, stirring and uniformly mixing, volatilizing solvent to form solid, crushing solid to form a starch-graphene oxide flake plasticized granule, where the amount of the starch, graphene oxide flakes, strong alkali and natural latex are 20-30 pts. wt., 0.1-0.5 pts. wt., 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. and 5-12 pts. wt., and (ii) extruding uniformly mixed injection molding materials through a screw extruder to obtain a high-impact injection molding grade bio-starch plastic, where the injection molding material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. starch-graphene oxide microchip plasticized particles, 5-20 pts. wt. elastomer, 3-8 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 3-7 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and 1-7 pts. wt. inorganic nano-powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-impact injection molding grade bio-starch plastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problems of low strength and poor impact resistance of injection molded products prepared from bio-starch plastics, which has high mechanical strength.
