NOVELTY - Carbon-carbon composite artificial bone comprises carbon fiber preform, pyrolytic graphite or pyrolytic carbon filled between carbon fiber preform and surface coating. The surface coating adopts hydroxyapatite layer, nacre layer and high-strength mineralized hydrogel, and specific surface coating method includes dipping, in-situ growth or spraying. The filling of pyrolytic graphite or pyrolytic carbon specifically adopts vapor deposition or impregnation sintering process. USE - Carbon-carbon composite artificial bone. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-carbon composite material artificial bone: is lighter than the stainless steel and titanium alloy metal quality; has smaller density; meets the structural density and intensity requirements of different parts; has good biological compatibility, the biological body will not deteriorate, corrosion, it has good biochemical co-existence; has obvious advantages of biochemical repellency; and has good biocompatibility, and anisotropy, strength can be designed according to the actual preform.
