▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing alkali metal organic salt and inorganic molten salt at room temperature. Alkaline metal-metal organic salt is sodium citrate, sodium oxalate, sodium glutamate, sodium tartrate, potassium citrate or potassium tartrate are prepared. Inorganic liquid salt is selected from a mixture of potassium chloride and lithium chloride. The mixture is heated to 600-900 degree per Celsius at a heating rate of 5-10C/min under inert atmosphere. Carbonization process is selected as a carbon source in carbonization and in-situ decomposition of a macro-poretic template. A carbonized intermediate product is induced to form a two-dimensional nanosheet. USE - Method for preparing a graphene nano-net with macroporous structure in a fuel cell. Uses include but are not limited to ultra-capacitor, secondary battery, solar cell, biosensor, gas adsorption and separation field applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing green and environment-friendly, simple operation, low cost, convenient for mass production, and the prepared nano-net graphene rich channel, large specific surface area and high chemical activity and so characteristics, the gas adsorption and separation, electrochemical energy conversion and storage and other related fields application potential is large. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows schematic view of a macroporous structure.
