▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The preparation of film having electrothermal function and heat dissipation function, involves dispersing graphene oxide solution to obtain graphene oxide solution carbon solution, separating sheet, forming monolithic layer of reduction-oxidation graphene, immersing carbon fiber matrix in polyvinyl alcohol solution to obtain polyvinyl alcohol carbon fiber matrix, impregnating with above graphene oxide solution carbon solution, combining pressure-assisted deposition or coating to obtain carbon fiber/graphene oxide composite film, and high-temperature thermally reducing. USE - Preparation of film having electrothermal function and heat dissipation function (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale production of electrothermal function and heat dissipation function film with cyclic stability at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of film having electrothermal function and heat dissipation function, involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide solution to obtain graphene oxide solution carbon solution, separating sheet, forming monolithic layer of reduction-oxidation graphene with excellent heat conducting performance, immersing carbon fiber matrix in polyvinyl alcohol solution, drying to obtain polyvinyl alcohol carbon fiber matrix, impregnating polyvinyl alcohol carbon fiber matrix and graphene oxide solution carbon solution, combining pressure-assisted deposition or coating to obtain carbon fiber/graphene oxide composite film, subjecting resultant carbon fiber/graphene composite film to high-temperature thermal reduction in an inert or reducing atmosphere.
