NOVELTY - The device has a heating plate (1) provided with multiple blocks that are uniformly distributed along inclined direction. A bottom wall of a plate body (1a) is formed with a strip-shaped groove and a mounting hole along length direction. The mounting hole is arranged between two adjacent strip-shaped grooves. The mounting hole is fixed with a heating wire (1d). An insulating plate i.e. long plate (1b) is fixed in the strip-shaped groove. Inner and outer sides of a graphene film (1c) are attached to an inner wall of the insulation plate and a side wall of the groove. USE - Sloping roof snow melting device.
