NOVELTY - Lithium-ion battery diaphragm coated with cathode active material comprises a first layer film and a second layer film, where the first layer film is base film, and the second layer film comprises polymer substrate, cathode activated material and conductive agent in weight ratio of 0.5-99.5:0.5-99:0.5-10, preferably 0.5-99.5:0.5-95:2.5-5, and the cathode activated material is at least one of ceramic particles and graphite, lithium titanate and silicon carbon materials. USE - The lithium-ion battery diaphragm coated with cathode active material is useful for preparing lithium-ion batteries, where the anode of the battery faces to the second layer of film and the cathode faces to the first layer of film (claimed), also used in a battery system of an electric automobile and portable electronic device i.e. mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The lithium-ion battery diaphragm coated with the cathode active material has good thermal stability and mechanical strength effect, and improves battery capacity and compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of lithium ion battery diaphragm coated by cathode active material.
