NOVELTY - Phase-change thermoplastic polyurethane microcapsule, is claimed. The phase-change thermoplastic polyurethane microcapsule is a double-wrapped structure including a wall material, a central core material, and an intermediate core material sandwiched between the wall material and the central core material, where the wall material is thermoplastic polyurethane, the intermediate core material is aminated graphene, and the central core material is higher alcohol. USE - Used as phase-change thermoplastic polyurethane microcapsule. ADVANTAGE - The microcapsule have endothermic phase change, high thermal conductivity, and excellent coating effect and excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing phase-change thermoplastic polyurethane microcapsule, comprising (i) heating isocyanate, polyester polyol and chain extender at 85-100℃ under inert gas atmosphere, adding isocyanate, polyester polyol and chain extender into reactor at the temperature of 85-100℃, and stirring for 30-60 minutes to obtain thermoplastic polyurethane prepolymer, where the mass ratio of isocyanate, polyester polyol and chain extender is 1:1-5:0.05-0.5, (ii) heating higher alcohol at 55-100℃ and dissolving in ethanol until clear, adding aqueous aminated graphene solution, and emulsifier and adjusting the solution to weak alkalinity, and high-speed stirring and ultrasonically dispersing for 30-360 minutes to obtain stable oil-in-water emulsion system, where the mass ratio of aqueous aminated graphene solution, emulsifier and higher alcohol is 1:0.5-5:80-150, and the mass ratio of the total mass of isocyanate and polyester polyol to higher alcohol is 5-10:1, and (iii) adding the oil-in-water emulsion system obtained in step (ii) into the thermoplastic polyurethane prepolymer obtained in step (i) under inert gas atmosphere, adding triethylamine, stirring and mixing at 85-100℃ until the detected isocyanate reaching theoretical value, adding antioxidants and flame retardants and continuing stirring for 20-30 minutes, then removing bubbles, and filtering and drying to obtain final product, where the mass ratio of catalyst, antioxidant, flame retardant and isocyanate is 0.01-0.1:0.01-0.5:0.1-1:1.
