NOVELTY - A graphene-based lithium manganate composite material preparing method involves recycling lithium manganate anode material by cracking lithium manganate anode sheet waste and sieving to separate lithium active material with current collector foil. The active material is mixed with ascorbic acid to obtain dry gel. The dry gel is ground and sintered to obtain lithium manganate precursor, which is mixed with graphene oxide powder by adding water to obtain mixed material, which is added with hydrazine hydrate and ammonia water and carried out water bath reaction, filtered, washed and dried. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based lithium manganate composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-based lithium manganate composite material preparing method involves cracking lithium manganate anode sheet waste and sieving, separating lithium active material with current collector foil. The lithium manganate active material is mixed uniformly with ascorbic acid, and adjusted the temperature to obtain dry gel. The dry gel is ground and sintered to obtain lithium manganate precursor, followed by adding natural graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, and slowly added with potassium permanganate in a constant temperature water bath to obtain mixed product. The mixed product is added with deionized water, heated and continuously reacted, and added with hydrogen peroxide solution to obtain reacted material. The reacted material is washed with hydrochloric acid and de-ionized water till the pH is neutralized. The resultant material is freeze-dried to obtain the graphene oxide powder. The lithium manganate precursor is mixed with graphene oxide by adding de-ionized water and ultrasonically oscillating to obtain mixed material. The mixed material is added with hydrazine hydrate and ammonia water and carried out water bath reaction, filtered and washed to obtain filter residue. The filter residue is washed and ultrasonically-vibrated, and again washed and dried to obtain the graphene-based lithium manganate composite material.
