▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing phosphorus grafted titanium hydroxide/graphene flame retardant comprises using chemical precipitation method to prepare titanium hydroxide/graphene, then grafting the phosphorus-containing group to the titanium hydroxide/graphene by two-step method. USE - The flame retardant is useful in flame retardant epoxy resin composite material comprising 10 wt.% phosphorus grafted titanium hydroxide/graphene flame retardant and 90 wt.% epoxy resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant: plays a synergistic flame-retardant effect of organic phosphorus and organic phosphorus, and has good flame retardant performance.
