NOVELTY - Heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating includes a component A containing a film-forming resin and a component B containing a curing agent. The component A contains at least epoxy resin, graphene, magnesium powder and organic solvent. The B component contains a curing agent, an accelerator, a silane coupling agent, and an organic solvent. USE - Heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating used for aluminum alloy surface. ADVANTAGE - The heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating has good flexibility, high adhesion to metals, and provides longer life protection for metals used in the marine environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating, which involves: (A) adding epoxy resin, graphene, filler, and organic solvent in a component A formulation amount into a stirring container, and stirring until uniformly dispersed; (B) adding the mixture to a conical grinder to grind; (C) adding the magnesium powder and anti-settling agent of the component A formula to the mixture, and stirring until the dispersion is uniform; (D) adding the mixture to a conical mill to grind to prepare component A; (E) mixing the curing agent, accelerator and organic solvent in the formulation amount of component B uniformly and then adding silane coupling agent to disperse uniformly to prepare component B; and (F) mixing the prepared component A and component B to obtain heavy anticorrosive paint.
