NOVELTY - Organic barrier explosion-proof material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin,8-12 pts. wt. modified poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) , 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 5-8 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. foaming agent, 5-8 pts. wt. conductive agent and 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as organic barrier explosion-proof material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent mechanical properties; and is superior in corrosion resistance and explosion-proof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing organic barrier explosion-proof material comprises (i) mixing glass fiber and PBT, nucleating agent and antioxidant, and adding above raw materials into the twin screw extruder , extruding, cooling and granulating at a processing temperature of 220-240 degrees C under speed of 350-450 revolutions/minute to obtain a modified PBT finished product;(ii) adding prepared modified PBT and the remaining components into a blender and mixing to obtain a mixture and adding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder and melting, extruding, cooling and granulating.
