▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high energy explosive filling three-dimensional graphene frame complex structure comprises (i) taking two-dimensional graphene oxide nano material, using reduction self-assembly method to prepare threedimensional graphene frame macroscopic body, freezing and drying, obtaining three-dimensional graphene frame structure constructed by two dimensional graphene nano-sheet minimum building unit, (ii) taking three-dimensional graphene frame structure as template, introducing high-energy explosive solution into three dimensional graphene frame structure, using external force to make explosive solution recrystallize in frame structure of template, forming explosive crystal orientation growth in confinement space of frame structure, and constructing explosive filling frame complex structure, and (iii) repeating introducing crystallization process of high energy explosive solution, until high energy explosive loading amount reaches requirement in frame structure template. USE - The method is useful for preparing high energy explosive filling three-dimensional graphene frame complex structure. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the dispersion of graphene in the complex explosive system; enhances the mass and heat transfer characteristics of the complex system; reduces the impact sensitivity, friction sensitivity and electrostatic spark sensitivity of the explosive; and improves safety performance.
