NOVELTY - Graphene multifunctional masterbatch providing elastomer as carrier comprises polyolefin elastomer base material, maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer (POE-g-MAH) compatibilizer, antioxidant, modified graphene with mass ratio of each component is 45-70:10-15:0.2-1:20-40. USE - Graphene multifunctional masterbatch provides elastomer as carrier used for multiple general plastics, textile, leather, foaming and chemical molding processing. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch is made with special process, makes plastic mechanically toughened and strengthened, has functions of antistatic, conductive and heat dissipation, where plastic has excellent performance of one product and multiple functions, and improves mechanical and electrical properties of finished product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing masterbatch, which involves: (A) mixing for 20-40 minutes at 130-180 degrees C in internal mixer, and then placing mixed material in single-screw granulator, where four-stage temperature, which is set to 150-180 degrees C, rotating speed, which is 300-500 rotation/minute; and (B) cooling pellets by air cooling system to obtain master pellets.
