NOVELTY - The battery has a positive electrode active material layer arranged with an outer surface of a three-dimensional graphene structure. The three-dimensional graphene structure is formed with a nano derived layer. A graphene coating layer is formed on the three-dimensional graphene structure that is fixed with a foam copper frame. The foam copper frame performs chemical vapor deposition process, where size of the three-dimensional graphene structure is about 80-500 microns and grain diameter is about 40 or 20 nm. USE - Graphene composite material solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery reduces energy consumption, increases yield rate and avoids large organic solvent use toxicity.
