NOVELTY - Self-sensing intelligent conductive asphalt pavement material, prepared by asphalt mixture, and 0.005-0.5 wt.% first conductive material doped in the asphalt mixture, where the surface of a coarse aggregate is covered with a conductive cement-based coating to form an intelligent aggregate unit. The doping amount of the first conductive material is 0.3-0.5 wt.% asphalt mixture. The first conductive material is steel fiber, nickel powder, carbon fiber, graphite, carbon black, graphene or carbon nano-tube. The conductive cement-based coating is formed by adding 2 wt.% second conductive material to gel material, solidifying and hardening. The gel material is Portland cement, common Portland cement, sulfoaluminate cement, slag Portland cement, pozzolanic Portland cement and/or fly ash-based Portland cement. The second conductive material is steel fiber, nickel powder, carbon fiber, graphite, carbon black, graphene and/or carbon nano-tube. USE - Used as a self-sensing intelligent conductive asphalt pavement material. ADVANTAGE - The material realizes the intelligent monitoring of road surface dynamic response under vehicle load action, realizes the self-sensing of stress, strain, crack and other road structure service information, has low cost, easy implementation, and accurate monitoring.
