NOVELTY - A graphene fiberglass wall fabric comprises graphene modified glass fiber support substrate, decorative material layer and aqueous coating layer. The decorative material layer is a polymer material layer made of vinyl chloride homopolymer or vinyl chloride copolymer. The aqueous coating layer comprises deionized water, multifunctional amine, water-based acrylic resin, pigment filler slurry, dispersant, waterproofing agent, non-ionic alkyl copolymer defoamer, alkali swelling thickener, polyurethane thickener, fungicide and anti-formaldehyde additive. USE - Graphene fiberglass wall fabric. ADVANTAGE - The graphene fiberglass wall fabric has increased flexibility and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene fiberglass wall fabric comprises graphene modified glass fiber support substrate, decorative material layer and aqueous coating layer. The decorative material layer is a polymer material layer made of vinyl chloride homopolymer or vinyl chloride copolymer. The aqueous coating layer comprises 8 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.2 pt. wt. multifunctional amine, 49.5 pts. wt. water-based acrylic resin, 40 pts. wt. pigment filler slurry, 0.3 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.8 pt. wt. waterproofing agent, 0.2 pt. wt. non-ionic alkyl copolymer defoamer, 0.1 pt. wt. alkali swelling thickener, 0.2 pt. wt. polyurethane thickener, 0.5 pts. wt. fungicide and 2 pts. wt. anti-formaldehyde additive. The anti-formaldehyde additive comprises mixture of graphene and nano-titanium dioxide at mass ratio of 1:10-10:1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene fiberglass wall fabric, which involves (1) dry grinding glass fiber material, coupling agent and porous graphene oxide, mixing, heating, melting, molding, annealing, heating glass at 950-1150 degrees C, drawing into 9-11 mu m diameter glass fiber, weaving the glass fiber into warp and weft of glass fiber cloth, and (2) sequentially coating decorative material layer and aqueous coating layer on graphene modified glass fiber support substrate.
