NOVELTY - Anti-cracking and anti-radiation concrete comprises 70-90 pts. wt. epoxy resin emulsion, 70-90 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent, 460-500 pts. wt. silicate cement, 880-1000 pts. wt. coarse aggregate, 720-760 pts. wt. fine aggregate, 40-60 pts. wt. neutron adsorbent, 80-120 pts. wt. neutron moderator, 250-290 pts. wt. water, 80-120 pts. wt. anti-cracking and filling agent, 20-40 pts. wt. magnesium oxide expanding agent, 20-40 pts. wt. tackifier, 20-140 pts. wt. hydration inhibitor, 4.6-5 pts. wt. naphthalene-based water reducing agent and 12-16 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. The hydration inhibitor comprises water-soluble polyol organic compound. The coarse aggregate and fine aggregate both comprise crushed products of barite. The mixed material of concrete further comprises slurry weight-increasing liquid, where the volume of slurry weight-increasing liquid is 30% of water. USE - The concrete is useful for preventing neutron radiation comprising but are not limited to military, medical, industrial and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The concrete: limits the cracking by alleviating the local temperature difference and blocking evaporation of water; is excellent for improving protective effect of radiation-proof concrete on neutron radiation; and suppresses precipitation of aggregate under common action of slurry, epoxy resin and tackifier.
