NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated powder material, comprises (a) dispersing graphene powder and/or graphene oxide powder, powder material to be coated with graphene, and polymer auxiliary agent in first organic solvent to prepare first organic solvent dispersion, (b) mixing the first organic solvent dispersion with second organic solvent and separating precipitate, and (c) annealing the precipitate in an inert atmosphere to obtain the graphene-coated powder material. The polymer auxiliary agent is soluble in the first organic solvent, but insoluble in the second organic solvent. USE - The graphene-coated powder material is useful for semiconductors and photovoltaic products. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-coated powder material has high specific surface area and excellent electron conduction properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-coated powder material prepared by the above method.
