NOVELTY - Processing high magnetic sintered neodymium iron boron magnet comprises (1) orienting the neodymium iron boron magnet powder in a magnetic field, pressing by isostatic pressing to obtain magnet blank, (2) placing the magnet blank in a sintering furnace for sintering, and performing tempering heat treatment to obtain magnet substrate, and (3) cleaning the surface of the magnet substrate, coating the outer surface of the magnet substrate with a corrosion-resistant protective coating to obtain high magnetic sintered neodymium iron boron magnet. USE - The method is useful for processing high magnetic sintered neodymium iron boron magnet, and also useful in electronic, electric machinery, medical appliance, toy, packaging, hardware machine, aerospace, permanent magnet motor, loudspeaker, magnetic separator, computer disk driver, and magnetic resonance imaging device instrument. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, easy control, good production efficiency, product yield and stable product quality, is good for industrial production, has good magnetic performance, corrosion resistance, and comprehensive performance.
