▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene laminate comprises a graphene layer (A) comprising an electron-donating functional group, and a graphene layer (B) positioned on the graphene layer (A) and comprising graphene. The graphene layer is n-doped by the graphene layer (A). USE - Graphene laminate is used in electrode for electronic device chosen from organic thin-film transistor, organic solar cell, organic light-emitting diode and organic photodetector (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene laminate has excellent electroconductivity, and can be efficiently prepared. The degree at which graphene is doped can be controlled without causing deterioration in the transparency of graphene. The doping effect of the graphene layer can be maintained for a long period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene laminate, which involves coating graphene oxide solution containing compound having electron-donating functional group, on a substrate, forming graphene layer (A), and forming n-doped graphene layer (B) by laminating with layer (A).
