▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene microsphere masterbatch comprises a filled core and graphene. The filling core uses one of glass beads, mica, talc, molybdenum disulfide, silicone oil, carbon black or metal powder. USE - Graphene microsphere masterbatch for ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch makes graphene easier to preserve, avoids agglomeration, effectively disperse graphene into high molecular weight polyethylene, and improves ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene with better melt processing. The fluidity and the high surface energy of graphene ensure that the modified ultra-high molecular polyethylene has excellent impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of graphene microsphere masterbatch for ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, which involves (1) weighing 100 mg of 80-mesh high-purity natural flake graphite in a 250 mL PTFE autoclave, adding 100mL of N-methylpyrrolidone organic solvent, react at 140-160 degrees C for 3-5 hours, pouring the obtained graphite dispersion into the ultrasound system, setting a certain ultrasonic power, and taking out after ultrasonic for a certain time, (2) adding 2000-3000 mg of filled core into the graphite dispersion prepared in the first step, centrifuge at 30 rpm for 30 minutes, and obtaining the graphene/carrier solution, wrapping the graphene produced under high-speed rotation outside the filled core, (3) preparing the graphene microsphere solution obtained in the second step of the graphene microsphere powder, removing the N-methylpyrrolidone in the graphene microsphere solution by suction filtration with a cellulose membrane, and washing three times with deionized water, and placing the graphene microspheres in 100 mL of deionized water, ultrasonically obtained to obtain a graphene microsphere aqueous solution.
