NOVELTY - The system has a screw (11) connected with a hand regulating frame (12). An inner wall of a main cylinder (3) is fixed with a top end of a pressure ring that is fixed with a fixed filter. A bottom end of the cylinder is provided with a fluorescent sample that is formed as a copper base load suspended graphene (13). A moving block (10) is fixed with the cylinder. The moving block is connected with the hand regulating frame along horizontal straight line direction. USE - Copper base graphene carrier machine regulating system.
