▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving the specific capacity and discharge voltage of carbon fluoride by doping graphene with boron comprises (1) using boric acid as a boron source, blending with graphene in an ethanol solution, mixing evenly and evaporating the ethanol to obtain a mixture, (2) placing the mixture into the furnace and passing in enough inert gas to remove the air in the furnace, (3) raising the furnace temperature to 650-850 degrees C, (4) keeping the reaction time for a period of time to obtain the product boron-doped graphene, (5) heating the product boron-doped graphene to a certain temperature, and introducing fluorine gas for fluorination, (6) keeping the reaction time for 12 hours to obtain boron fluoride doped graphene, and (7) assembling the lithium-carbon fluoride battery. USE - The method is useful for improving the specific capacity and discharge voltage of carbon fluoride by doping graphene with boron.
