▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Natural-drying preparation of graphene aerogel, involves mixing 10 ml 5 mg/ml graphene oxide solution, 60- mu m ethylenediamine as reducing agent, and 5 %mass solution of borax of size 50 mu m, self-assembling to obtain a hydrogel by hydrothermal reaction at 120 degrees C for 14 hours, dialyzing using 1% ethanol aqueous solution, freezing at -10 degrees C for 12 hours, and drying for 24 hours to remove moisture and obtain graphene aerogel free of volume shrinkage. USE - Natural-drying preparation of graphene aerogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method increases the rigidity of aerogel by bionic-borate crosslinking between the graphene layers, and controls the contact angle between water and graphene to greatly reduce the capillary force during drying. The method is simple, easy to control, and economical, and enables easy mass-production on a large scale. The obtained graphene aerogel has excellent mechanical property.
