An upper portion of the first graphene layer is formed with a fixed portion. A lower portion of the first graphene layer is formed with a curved portion. The first graphene layer and the second graphene layer are horizontally formed by a bus bar that extends along left and right directions. USE - Nano-scale one-way valve structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure provides effective solution for experimental preparation of a nano check valve, realizes simulation verification function of the nano check valve in simple and reliable manner, and reduces cost of the nano check valve.
