NOVELTY - Graphite flakes are mixed with sulfuric acid, to obtain graphite sulfuric slurry. Potassium permanganate is dissolved in sulfuric acid, to obtain potassium permanganate sulfuric solution. Graphite sulfuric slurry and potassium permanganate sulfuric solution are forced to flow into a lengthy micro-channel having inlet, reacting portion and outlet, and mixture is allowed to stand still in micro-channel at predetermined temperature. Then, aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution is added to reaction mixture, product is washed and dried, to obtain nano graphene-based material. USE - Manufacture of nano graphene-based material. Uses include but are not limited to polymeric composite, filler, rechargeable battery, transistor, super capacitor, hydrogen-storing container and biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The method economically and efficiently provides nano graphene-based material having excellent dispersibility and large surface area without causing explosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for equipment for producing nano graphene-based material equipment, which comprises graphite sulfuric slurry supply unit, potassium permanganate sulfuric solution supply unit, aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution supply unit, microreactor (8) including multiple microchannel modules surrounded by heat-exchangers, mixing unit for mixing reaction mixture discharged from the outlet of the micro-channel with aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, washing unit and drying unit.
