▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing molybdenum disulfide cluster layer composite graphene material, comprises (i) stirring 0.5-10 mg/ml oxidized graphite for 1-4 hours and ultrasonicating for 0.5-2 hours to obtain graphene oxide solution, (ii) adding 0.01-0.2 mol/l ammonium molybdate and 0.02-1 mol/l thiourea into the graphene oxide solution under stirring, and the mixture is stirred for 0.5-4 hours, and (iii) pouring the mixture into the hydrothermal reaction kettle and reacting at 180-200 degrees C for 20-30 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing molybdenum disulfide cluster layer composite graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is non-toxic, simple and safe; utilizes low temperature; has good separation degree of the molybdenum disulfide cluster layer; and uniformly distributes the molybdenum disulfide on the graphene sheet layer.
