▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method (M1) for measuring RNA polymerase activity, involves adding oxidized graphene to peptide nucleic acid (PNA) probe and performing in vitro transcription reaction, and determining whether the RNA polymerase produces RNA or not. USE - The method (M1) is useful for measuring RNA polymerase activity, where the RNA polymerase is derived from T7-bacteriophage. The method (M2) is useful for screening candidate RNA polymerase inhibitor (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) composition for measuring RNA polymerase activity, comprises PNA probe and oxide graphene as active ingredient; and (2) method (M2) for screening candidate RNA polymerase inhibitor.
