NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene composite functional shielding fiber, involves (a) preparing a modified graphene powder material, (b) sequentially loading the powder material, resin powder, first additive, second additive, first auxiliary agent and second auxiliary agent into a mixing machine and continuously mixing, (b) loading the mixture into an extruder and using the screw extruder to obtain a mixture into functional pellets with uniform particles, (d) loading the functional pellets into a spinning machine and spinning to obtain a graphene composite functional fiber, (e) winding the fiber on a roller, (f) winding the fiber into a hollow shape as required and placing the shielding object in the hollow and (g) turning on the power supply and energizing the fiber to form a closed current to form a shielding layer to shield external electromagnetic signals. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite functional shielding fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The shielding fiber has excellent shielding effect, conductive effect, high fiber strength and tensile resistance, reduces power consumption and saves resources. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene composite functional shielding fiber, involves (a) preparing a modified graphene powder material, (b) sequentially loading the powder material, resin powder, first additive, second additive, first auxiliary agent and second auxiliary agent into a mixing machine, setting the reaction temperature and continuously mixing, (b) loading the mixture into an extruder, setting the extrusion rate and screw temperature of the extruder and using the screw extruder to obtain a mixture into functional pellets with uniform particles, (d) loading the functional pellets into a spinning machine, setting the spinning speed of the spinning machine and the screw extrusion speed and spinning to obtain a graphene composite functional fiber, (e) winding the fiber on a roller, (f) winding the fiber into a hollow shape as required, according to the appearance and shape of the shielding object and placing the shielding object in the hollow and (g) turning on the power supply and energizing the fiber to form a closed current to form a shielding layer to shield external electromagnetic signals.
