▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite thermal grease comprises 10-40 pts. wt. silicone oil, 60-80 pts. wt. modified spherical aluminum oxide/corundum/graphene complex thermally conductive filler, 3-8% silane couple agent thermally conductive filler, 0.1-1% silicone oil crosslinking agent and 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as composite thermal grease. ADVANTAGE - The composite thermal grease can effectively reduce the interfacial contact resistance of high power electronic components heating unit and cooling device, and accelerate heat transfer. The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite thermal grease comprising adding all the above mentioned raw materials into an internal mixer, and mixing at 90 degrees C at speed of 10 rotations/minute, 100 degrees C at speed of 120 rotations/minute and 120 degrees C at speed of 40 rotations/minute for 40-60 minutes.
