NOVELTY - Preparation of spot welding surface anti-rust resistant coating comprises dispersing graphene in deionized water to form 0.18-0.2 g/L suspension, ultrasonic treating for 10-15 minutes, adding magnesium hydroxide powder and copper nitrate solution, controlling dropping speed at 20-30 drops/minute, stirring, standing for 2-3 hours, adding 15-20 wt.% triethylamine, stirring, heating at 90-100 degrees C, reacting for 4-5 hours, filtering, washing, drying, adding ceramic powder, ball milling at 300-320 revolutions/minute for 8-10 hours, standing for 12-15 hours, applying adhesive coating at mass ratio of 1:0.6-0.7, coating welding surface, curing, heating at 55-60 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours, heating at 90-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, heating to 230-240 degrees C for 0.6-0.8 hour, and natural cooling. Mass ratio of magnesium ion and graphene is 1:5-6. Mass ratio of copper ion and graphene is 1:7-8. USE - Method for preparing spot welding surface anti-rust resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has 35-40% reduced friction coefficient, 48-50% improved abrasion resistance, and 8-10 year useful life increase.
