NOVELTY - A method for preparing polystyrene/graphene oxide (PS/GO) microspheres involves adding a cationic surfactant to polystyrene microsphere solution, mixing, adding graphene oxide solution, where the mass of the graphene oxide is 1-20% of the mass of polystyrene microspheres, and stirring to obtain the PS/GO microspheres. The cationic surfactant comprises dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, octadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and/or dodecylpyridinium chloride. USE - The PS/GO microspheres are useful for preparing strain sensing fabric. ADVANTAGE - The prepared conductive microspheres have good dispersion and dimensional stability. The prepared fabric has a wide strain range of 0.90%, and the sensitivity can reach a maximum of 10.44. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: PS/GO microspheres prepared by the above method; a preparation method of strain-sensing fabric comprising (S1) placing an elastic fabric in a Soxhlet extractor filled with acetone to clean organic matters on the elastic fabric, heating to 60-80℃, and refluxing for 1.5-2.5 hours after the temperature is stable to obtain a pretreated elastic fabric, (S2) immersing the pretreated elastic fabric in an aqueous solution of the PS/GO microspheres, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30-60 minutes, and drying after the treatment, (S3) placing the dried elastic fabric in an aqueous solution containing ascorbic acid, heating to 70-100℃, performing ultrasonic reaction for 2-4 hours to reduce PS/GO microspheres on the elastic fabric into PS/rGO conductive microspheres, and drying to change the elastic fabric into a conductive elastic fabric, and (S4) respectively connecting two copper wires at two ends of the dried conductive elastic fabric to prepare the strain-sensing fabric; and a strain-sensing fabric prepared by the above method.
