NOVELTY - Preparation of composite material involves emulsifying 0.5-1.0 %mass graphene with alcohol, dispersing alcohol emulsified graphene for 0.5-1.0 hour to obtain mixed solution of graphene and alcohol, adding (-)200-400 mesh alloy powder to graphene and alcohol mixed solution, mixing at 40-60 degrees C and 100-500 rpm for 1-2 hours to obtain semi-solid paste-like graphene/alloy mixed powder, vacuum degassing, and drying. The alloy powder comprises less than or equal to 0.25 %mass silicon, less than or equal to 0.4 %mass iron, less than or equal to 0.05 %mass copper, less than or equal to 0.05 %mass manganese, 0.07 %mass zinc, less than or equal to 0.05 %mass titanium, and balance aluminum. USE - Preparation of composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, efficient, energy saving and suitable for mass production as well as small production, enables continuous production without time interval and high yield. The prepared composite material has excellent performance, structure uniformity and smoothness, high dimensional precision, and performance stability.
