NOVELTY - A carbon nano composite material comprises perpendicular arrays of graphene nanoribbons. The outer wall of graphene nanoribbons is attached with silicon carbide crystal/graphitized diamond. The silicon carbide crystals are covered on the graphitized diamond. USE - Carbon nano composite material used for electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon nano composite material is obtained with high hydrogen evolution property, large electric current density, small Tafel slope and stable performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of carbon nano composite material.
