▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silica and graphene composite powder material is claimed. In the silica and graphene composite powder material, the graphene is distributed on the surface of silica; graphene flakes and silica particles are firmly bonded together by organic modifiers. USE - The composite powder material is useful as reinforcing agent for high molecular polymers, reinforcing styrene butadiene rubber, improving processing property of materials, and ensuring excellent antistatic property of materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, easy to carry out, and suitable for industrial mass production; and produces product with excellent reinforcing properties in the rubber polymer material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the silica and graphene composite powder material, comprising making slurry based on certain concentration of silica, water and ethanol in a mass ratio of 1:4-10:2-5 in a reactor by heating and stirring, dropwise adding organic modifier when the heating temperature is 60-85 degrees C, maintaining the temperature and stirring for 30-90 minutes, (ii) adding certain amount of graphite powder into the obtained silica slurry in step (i), where the mass ratio between graphite powder and dry silica powder is 1:10-20, ball milling for 5-20 hours, centrifuging or filtering to obtain wet powder of silica and graphene, and drying at 80-120 degrees C for 3-10 hours to obtain foinal product.
