▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A substrate (4) with a transparent cover layer (6) consists of a transparent interdigital structure (1) arranged between the substrate and the cover layer. USE - Substrate with transparent cover layer. Uses include but are not limited to optical instruments, windows or portholes, windows, lens, mirrors, displays, building materials, vehicle components including headlights, indicators and sensors, crockery, light sources, medical instruments, transparent surfaces for photovoltaics, aquarium, camera lens, bioreactors, etc. ADVANTAGE - The invention provides an improved method for preventing or reducing deposits on surfaces, e.g. in areas of building surfaces, such as particles from natural materials such as dust, and deposits that arise from environmental pollution such as soot. It increases the adhesion of certain particles to certain points on a surface. It provides improved aging stability (corrosion/abrasion) and homogeneous transmission (due to interference of the indium tin oxide (ITO) layer). It provides an increased dielectric constant between conductor tracks of the interdigital structures with an influence on the dielectrophoresis (DEP) effect. It reduces power consumption (low efficiency) during DEP. It also provides improved resistance to growth and contamination, especially in the area of trenches created by means of laser ablation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) use of transparent cover layer in combination with transparent interdigital structure; and (2) manufacture of coated substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the substrate with cover layer. Interdigital structure (1) Substrate (4) Transparent cover layer (6)
