▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A conductive pigment paste comprises a pigment dispersion resin comprising a polar functional group chosen from amide group, imide group, hydroxyl group, carboxyl group, sulfonic acid group, phosphoric acid group, silanol group, amino group and cyano group, a conductive pigment having an average primary particle diameter of 10-80 nm and a BET specific surface area of 250 m2/g or less, a solvent, and a fluororesin. The polar functional group concentration in the pigment dispersion resin is 10-23 mmol/g. The absolute value of difference between solubility parameter of the pigment dispersion resin and solubility parameter of the solvent is less than 2. The conductive pigment paste has a viscosity of less than 5000 mPa.second at a shear rate of 0.1 second-1. USE - Conductive pigment paste is used in coating material for manufacturing coating film (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to electromagnetic wave shield, display panel, touch screen panel, colored film, colored sheet, decorative material, protective material, magnet modifier, printing ink, device component, secondary battery electrode, electronic device component, printed wiring board, solar cell, functional rubber component, and resin molding film. ADVANTAGE - The conductive pigment paste has excellent pigment dispersibility and storage stability, even in case where the pigment concentration is high. The coating material containing the conductive pigment paste provides coating film having excellent finish property, good electroconductivity and solvent resistance, and low resistivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: method for dispersing pigment of conductive pigment paste, which involves dispersing the conductive pigment paste without using media; a coating material, which comprises the conductive pigment paste and metal-containing particles comprising metal element(s); manufacture of the coating material, which involves adding metal-containing particles to the conductive pigment paste; and a coating film, which is formed by coating the coating material.
