NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional graphene composite structure involves adding the foam nickel in the tubular furnace under normal pressure, introducing the mixed gas of hydrogen and argon gas at hydrogen flow rate of 25sccm (standard cubic centimeter per minute) and argon gas flow rate of 50sccm, heating the furnace from room temperature to to 1000 degrees C at rate of 50 degrees C per minute for 10 minutes, introducing anhydrous ethanol into the furnace by bubbler and growing the graphene on the foam nickel to obtain foam nickel graphite composite. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene composite structure for soft pulse detection probe. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare three-dimensional graphene composite structure has high sensitivity and high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three-dimensional graphene composite structure involves adding the foam nickel in the tubular furnace under normal pressure, introducing the mixed gas of hydrogen and argon gas at hydrogen flow rate of 25sccm (standard cubic centimeter per minute) and argon gas flow rate of 50sccm, heating the furnace from room temperature to to 1000 degrees C at rate of 50 degrees C per minute for 10 minutes, introducing anhydrous ethanol into the furnace by bubbler and growing the graphene on the foam nickel to obtain foam nickel graphite composite. The obtained composite is heated at room temperature, added in the 3mol/L hydrochloric acid solution for 3 days, washed with de-ionized water to obtain foam nickel graphite composite, placed in the blast drying box at 70 degrees C for 8 hours to obtain the three dimensional graphene. The obtained three-dimensional graphene is which is connected with copper wire by the conductive silver paste and put in the container. The elastomeric polymer and curing agent mixed solution are added into the container until the mixed solution completely covers the three-dimensional graphene, placed the container in the blast drying box for 1 hours to obtain three-dimensional graphene composite structure.
