NOVELTY - The method involves preparing oxidation graphite water solution by using oxidation graphite. Sodium citrate and silver nitrate water solution are uniformly mixed together to form oxidation graphene colloid water solution. Hydration hydrazine, sodium citrate, sodium borohydride, ascorbic acid or hydroiodic acid is added with ammonium hydroxide solution to regulate pH and temperature value of centrifugal washing ethyl alcohol. A glass substrate graphene/silver nano wire transparent electric conduction thin film is obtained by cooling oxidation graphene colloid water solution. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing conductivity performance of the glass substrate graphene/silver nano wire transparent electric conduction thin film.
