NOVELTY - A graphene-loaded polyurethane sponge adsorption material is prepared by preparing graphene oxide suspension, adding polyethylene glycol dioxirane methyl ether, adjusting pH value, heating and stirring, washing with ethanol, centrifuging, drying to prepare polyethylene glycol dioxyethylene methyl ether modified graphene oxide, taking graphene oxide, ethylenediamine and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, adding dimethylformamide, ultrasonicating for 30 minutes, heating and stirring, repeatedly washing with ethanol, centrifuging, drying to prepare ethylenediamine modified graphene oxide, preparing dopamine tris-HCl buffer solution, adjusting pH value, immersing polyurethane sponge, washing with ethanol, centrifuging, drying to obtain polydopamine modified polyurethane sponge, repeatedly immersing in polyethylene glycol diethylene oxide methyl ether modified graphene oxide and ethylenediamine modified graphene oxide solution, and assembling. USE - Method for preparing graphene-loaded polyurethane sponge adsorption material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has good mechanical properties, is not easily broken, and has strong adsorption capacity, and has broad application prospects in the field of water pollution control. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-loaded polyurethane sponge adsorption material is prepared by preparing 0.05-5 wt.% graphene oxide suspension, adding polyethylene glycol dioxirane methyl ether according to mass ratio of 0.5-5, adjusting pH value to 2-4, heating and stirring at 60-80 degrees C for 12-24 hours, repeatedly washing with ethanol, centrifuging, drying to prepare polyethylene glycol dioxyethylene methyl ether modified graphene oxide, taking 100 mg graphene oxide, 500 mg ethylenediamine and 200 mg 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, adding 100 mL dimethylformamide, ultrasonicating for 30 minutes, heating and stirring at 40-60 degrees C for 12-24 hours, repeatedly washing with ethanol, centrifuging, drying to prepare ethylenediamine modified graphene oxide, preparing 1-5 wt.% dopamine tris-HCl buffer solution, adjusting pH value to 8.5, immersing polyurethane sponge for 12-24 hours according to bath ratio of 1:50, repeatedly washing with ethanol, centrifuging, drying to obtain polydopamine modified polyurethane sponge, repeatedly immersing in polyethylene glycol diethylene oxide methyl ether modified graphene oxide and ethylenediamine modified graphene oxide solution, and assembling.
