NOVELTY - Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) composite material comprises 30-45 wt.% bulk ABS, 30-45 wt.% emulsified ABS, 2-8 wt.% styrene maleic anhydride copolymer, 1-10 wt.% graphene microchip, 0.5-5 wt.% multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and 20-40 wt.% poly(methyl methacrylate). USE - Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material used for fused deposition molding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has good biocompatibility and interlayer bonding performance, precise size, low-quality conductive agent, and improved physical, mechanical and electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material comprising dissolving multi-walled carbon nanotubes in dimethylformamide solution, adding polyvinylidene fluoride, introducing in ultrasonic wave, centrifuging, taking supernatant, and drying; mixing with polymethyl methacrylate, heating to obtain complete dissolution, mixing with dried obtained product, introducing in ultrasonic wave, stirring, and drying to obtain masterbatch; feeding masterbatch and poly(methyl methacrylate) in twin-screw extruder, and blending mechanically blended to obtain composite; and mixing composite, with graphene microchip, styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, bulk ABS and emulsified ABS, blending and melting in twin-screw extruder, and forming.
