▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reducing hexagonal star-shaped cuprous oxide - cupric oxide nanocrystal hybrid paper electrode supported by reduced graphene oxide paper involves taking the oxidized graphene nano sheet as a building module to obtain graphene oxide sheet by roller printing method, dissolving sodium dodecyl sulfate and copper chloride in deionized water, adding sodium hydroxide to obtain a copper(II) hydroxide precipitate suspension, adding hydroxylamine hydrochloride to the copper(II) hydroxide precipitate suspension, allowing to stand, collecting the lower precipitate, washing the collected precipitate with ethanol and water mixed solution, and drying after vacuum, dispersing a certain amount of the hexagonal-star copper oxide nanoparticles in ethanol to form a suspension, soaking the reduced graphene oxide sheets with a certain size into the suspension, continuously stirring and absorbing, and dry washing, and obtaining a desired product. USE - Method for preparing hexagonal star-shaped cuprous oxide-cupric oxide nanocrystal hybrid paper electrode supported by reduced graphene oxide paper used in electrochemical biosensor in the hydrogen sulfide concentration test released by sulfate-reducing bacteria. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare hexagonal star-shaped cuprous oxide-cupric oxide nanocrystal hybrid paper electrode supported by reduced graphene oxide paper that has excellent electrochemical sensing performance, and has higher stability and selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an electrochemical sensor, which comprises electrochemical sensor adopts a saturated calomel electrode (SCE) as a reference electrode, a platinum wire as a counter electrode, where hexagonal star-shaped cuprous oxide - cupric oxide nanocrystal hybrid paper electrode supported by reduced graphene oxide paper is used as the working electrode to form a three-electrode system.
