▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electrically conductive and corrosion resistant graphene-based coating composition comprises a binder, a graphene filler, and a dispersing agent, where the graphene filler comprises high-pressure airless-sprayed expanded graphene stacks, the graphene-based coating composition has an electrical conductivity of at least 1 S/cm, and the graphene-based coating composition has a pull-off adhesion of at least 2 MPa. USE - The composition is used in substrates to provide electrical conductivity and/or electromagnetic interference protection, where the substrate is conductive substrates, such as metals or alloys, and non-conductive substrates, such as carbon fiber or thermoplastic composites and fiberglass. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent corrosion resistant, adhesion or mechanical strength, improves barrier protection, and has excellent wear protection.
